Where to write
Write in English or in French, as you prefer: the answer will come in the language of your message.
What makes a real answer possible
One person reads these messages. Three well-chosen lines save a round trip:
- The version of Debug XML Tool, shown in the "About" window.
- Your version of Windows.
- What you expected, then what happened instead. In that order: it is the gap between the two that gets diagnosed.
You do not have to attach your files. An integration stylesheet is client data, and many contracts forbid sending it out: describing the problem is enough to start.
What this is not
- This is not a phone support line and there is no team: one person reads and replies, between two releases.
- No response time is promised, because none would hold every single day. What is true is that the messages are read.
Writing here subscribes you to nothing. Your address is used to reply to you: it enters no mailing list and receives no announcement.
