Price including all taxes, Belgian VAT included. This is the amount you pay: nothing is added at checkout.

The twelve months start on the day of payment

They do not extend your current expiry, they replace it. If your right to updates is still running, the remaining days are lost: renew when it ends, not before. Waiting costs you nothing, since your installed version keeps working.

Licence holder

The name that will appear on the new key. Reuse the one on your current licence if you want the two to match.

Machine fingerprint

The one from the machine already covered, not from a new machine. The About window of the application, the "Copy" button next to the fingerprint.

I expressly request that the supply of my licence key begin during the fourteen-day withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal as soon as that key is sent.

What renewing changes, and what it does not

It reopens the right to versions published during the twelve months following payment.
It does not renew your licence: that one is perpetual and does not expire.
Doing nothing is a valid choice. Your last covered version keeps working, with no time limit.
You receive a new key, to paste in place of the old one. The machine and the procedure stay the same.

What happens next

You are taken to the payment page, where your email address is requested: that address receives the receipt, the invoice and the new key. The key is signed by hand and arrives within a few business hours, and no later than the first business day following payment.
